Takecab (Vonoprazan Fumarate) is a prescription medicine used to treat gastric or duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and suppress the recurrence of gastric/duodenal ulcers associated with low-dose aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug administration. The active ingredient in Takecab is Vonoprazan Fumarate. It belongs to the class of drugs called Antacids (antireflux and antiulcer agent). Takecab works by inhibiting the proton pump in a potassium ion-competitive manner to reduce gastric acid secretion in the stomach. By reducing the gastric acid content, the symptoms of a gastric or duodenal ulcer are relieved by Takecab.

What are the Possible Side effects of Takecab?


The most commonly reported side reactions of Takecab may include constipation, diarrhea, feeling of an enlarged abdomen, heartburn, nausea, oedema, rash, and taste abnormality.
