Opsynvi (Macitentan/Tadalafil) is a combination prescription medication used for long-term pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) treatment. The active ingredients in Opsynvi are Macitentan (endothelin receptor antagonists) and tadalafil (a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor). Macitentan works by stopping the action of endothelin, a natural substance that causes blood vessels to narrow and prevents normal blood flow in people who have PAH. It also improves your ability to exercise and prevents your condition from getting worse.

What are the Possible Side Effects of Opsynvi?
