Formoterol belongs to the class of drugs called long-acting beta agonists; it works by opening the airways in the lungs to make it easier for you to breathe. Symbicort Turbuhaler should be used on a regular basis to be effective. It does not work right away so it should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. If you have an asthma attack, please use your quick-relief inhaler.

What are the Possible Side Effects of Symbicort Turbuhaler?


The common side effects may include headache, throat irritation and upset stomach. This medication may raise your blood pressure. The serious side effects may include:
