What is Vivelle Dot used for?


Vivelle Dot is a form of estrogen, which in this form is used to treat certain symptoms of menopause. This transdermal skin patch can help manage symptoms such as hot flashes, and vaginal dryness, burning, or irritation. It can also be used to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis, and other ovarian disorders. The standard dose for Vivelle Dot is one patch twice a week. What are the Possible Side Effects of Vivelle Dot?


Vivelle and Estradoil 17-B may come with a few side effects. Here are some of the most common side effects that come with taking Vivelle:
• Headache;
• Weight gain;
• Bloating;
• Stomach cramps

•Fluid retention;
•Thinning scalp hair;
• Irritation around patch site;
• Breast pain;
• Vaginal itching or discharge;

• Epilepsy or any other seizure disorder;
