Prevident comes as a gel to be used with a toothbrush for brushing your mouth. You should follow the instruction written on the leaflet that comes with it. After brushing thoroughly with toothpaste, rinse as usual. Next, apply a thin ribbon of the Prevident gel to the teeth with a toothbrush or mouth tray once daily for at least one minute, preferably at bedtime. Do not swallow the gel.
