What is Evalon Used for?

Evalon (Estriol) is a prescription medicine used to treat symptoms associated with menopause, such as vaginal burning, dryness, and itching caused due to lack of estrogen. The active substance in Evalon is Estriol. Estriol belongs to a group of drugs called hormone replacement therapy (HRT). It works by replacing the estrogen usually produced by the ovaries, thereby helping provide relief from discomfort in the vagina and vaginal infections. It also helps normalize vaginal epithelium, making sexual intercourse less painful and preventing vaginal infections.

• Abdominal pain;
• Breast enlargement;
